Responsible for:
Total responsibility for the overall performance of the Project team and the successful execution of the whole project.
Duties:
- Establishes strategy, short and long-t goals to achieve program objectives.
- Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and evaluates program activities to meet goals.
- Recommends program policies to the steering committee and administers approved policies.
- Recruits, trains and supervises team.
- Creates and maintain best practices to manage projects during planning, construction, O&M phases.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure realization of program objectives.
- Direct responsibility, as the Consultants team’s senior representative, to establish and maintain effective relationship with the Client for the proper delivery of the PM/CS services.
- Direct responsibility for the assignment of qualified staff to positions in a timely fashion, and ensure that all members of the team are aware of, and have a common understanding of their authority, responsibilities, and their relationship with each other and the project.
- Oversee and review the management and operations of different in the implementation of tracking, logging, expediting, and monitoring systems, and the preparation and distribution of associated status and monthly reports. This would include the schedule, cost and financial control systems.
- Remain informed about the project status and initiate appropriate corrective measures in case there are any shortfalls.

Responsible for: Ensure all construction projects under taken by agency are supervised and managed in accordance with approved procedures and international best practice
Duties:
- Provide guidance and support to construction supervision division managers and project managers for proper implementation of procedures and systems for construction supervision.
- Development of procedures and systems for construction supervision.
- Monitor implementation of procedures and systems by Contractors, Consultants and staff.
- Review periodic reports of contractors and follow up with departments, consultant for timely resolution of important issues.
- Review minutes of progress meetings for projects to identify major action items and follow up with departments, consultant for timely resolution of issues.
- Attend project kick off meetings for projects.
- Assess performance of consultant and staff and submit periodic report to, through PMO manager. Recommend Trainings of & CS staff.
- Conduct HSE Forum half-yearly to synergize the good practices among the consultants and contractors.
- Prepare Contractor performance evaluation report with assistance of construction supervision division managers and project managers.
- Oversee timely mobilization and demobilization of consultant staff on projects as per project needs. And within allocated budget.
