Scope of Services:

Takamul was appointed as the Project Management Consultant for the Program of development of the KACARE project in Riyadh. The planned stages of the project comprised the development of Renewable Energy Facilities, Residential Areas, Hotel, Convention Centre, Educational Facilities, Research and Development Centers with an estimated BUA of 900,000m². The Project first stage managed by Takamul was for the development of infrastructure of the KACARE Headquarters in Riyadh. Takamul services included, but was not limited to, the following:
