Scope of Services:

Management of design, tendering and management of construction of a A 4-star hotel building project that have a total capacity of approximately 196 rooms. A high-rise building consist of basemen, ground and 19 floors including services, reception, prayer hall, kitchen / dining, 14 floors for guest rooms and other facilities. BUA of 11,624m² on an 800m² land located at Mahbas Al Jenn in Makkah, 1 km from the Holy Haram.
