Scope of Services:

​Management of design and construction of a workers camp that has a total capacity to accommodate 4,872 occupants of different categories. The camp has five accommodation buildings including Indoor recreation, a central kitchen and dining, a first aid center, a laundry building and other facilities. The camp total built up area is 35,083m² was constructed on a 103,276m² land located about 100 km to the north of Jeddah city, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
