Scope of Services:

​Management of design and construction of a 3S Facility to accommodate three luxury car brands (BMW, Mini Cooper, Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls-Royce) dealership showrooms, support facilities (service centers, spare parts warehouses, offices, parking space, etc.) with an estimated built-up area of 15,000m² on a 30,000m² land.
