Scope of Services:

Management of design review, remedial works and contracts closing of a mixed-use development project accommodating three branded hotels on a shared podium with commercial (retail and food and beverage outlets), offices, prayer, banquet and restaurant floors and parking. The estimated built-up area of the whole project is approximately 380,000 m2.
