Scope of Services:

Management of design and construction of a workers camp with a total capacity of 5,268 beds to accommodate different categories (workers, juniors, seniors and executives) in addition to recreation centers, swimming pools, basketball courts, volleyball courts, a football court, a retail plaza, a barbershop, a supermarket, a coffee shop and a tailor shop. Also, the project has support facilities such as a central kitchen and dining areas, a laundry, a power generation plant, a sewage treatment plant, etc. The Camp total built-up area is 56,748 m2 constructed on a land of 142,000m2.
