Scope of Services:

​Management of preliminary design of a Private Hospital North of Riyadh project. The project is designed to have 375 beds, 202 outpatient Clinics, 40 Physiotherapy (Treatment Rooms), 16 Operating Rooms, one Emergency Department, one Maternity Department, one Medical Laboratory, one Imaging Department, three Pharmacies, one Kitchen, 1,550 Car parking spaces, and 72 medical staff residential apartments.
